Role Purpose:
Nile Air Is Currently Recruiting A Highly Motivated And Customer-Oriented Rotating Shift Contact Center Agent Based In Cairo, Egypt.
In This Role You Are Expected To Deliver full-service-oriented professional Reservations,
And Customer Services To Our Clients And Other External stakeholders and Parties Through Contact Center Channels, To Achieve The Highest Customer Satisfaction And Target Sales Revenues.
Qualifications:
- Relevant bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 0 to 5 years experience in the call center field.
- Amadeus’s system is basic and advanced experience.
- Can handle non-voice channels like live chat and WhatsApp with agreed quality standards and SLA.
- Advanced Amadeus uses skills from 2 years of experience.
- Excellent knowledge of aviation products and technicalities.
- Ability to work in rotating shifts, including overnight shifts.
- Excellent English language communication skills Written/Spoken.
- High learning agility.
- Strong problem-solving and stress-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Selling and customer service oriented.
