Role Purpose:

Nile Air Is Currently Recruiting A Highly Motivated And Customer-Oriented Rotating Shift Contact Center Agent Based In Cairo, Egypt.

In This Role You Are Expected To Deliver full-service-oriented professional Reservations,

And Customer Services To Our Clients And Other External stakeholders and Parties Through Contact Center Channels, To Achieve The Highest Customer Satisfaction And Target Sales Revenues.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 0 to 5 years experience in the call center field.
  • Amadeus’s system is basic and advanced experience.
  • Can handle non-voice channels like live chat and WhatsApp with agreed quality standards and SLA.
  • Advanced Amadeus uses skills from 2 years of experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of aviation products and technicalities.
  • Ability to work in rotating shifts, including overnight shifts.
  • Excellent English language communication skills Written/Spoken.
  • High learning agility.
  • Strong problem-solving and stress-management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Selling and customer service oriented.
