Job Description

  • Can manage all tickets requests reservations.
  • Can issue, reissue and refund airline tickets to the customers using Amadeus system.
  • Handling customer inquiries from beginning of the inquiry to its closing.
  • Interact with clients over Phone, E-mail and other ways of communication.
  • Follow-up with customers to maintain their satisfaction.
  • Manage ticketing deadlines and canceled itineraries.
  •  Maintain the accurate review on the airline rules, policies, ADM’s and penalties.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is a must.
  • At least 7+ years of experience in the travel and tourism industry.
  • Amadeus basic and advanced is a must.
  • Excellent in issuing, reissuing and refunding tickets via Amadeus.
  • Computer and Microsoft Office Skills.
  • Good in written and spoken English.
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Very good command of English.
  • Accuracy and punctuality.
